BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 boxes chopped broccoli
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs, beaten
1 sm. onion, chopped
Salt & pepper
1 c. grated cheese
Pepperidge Farm dressing
1 stick butter

Cook and drain broccoli; mix with mushroom soup, mayonnaise, onion, eggs, salt and pepper. Put in 1 1/2 quart greased casserole dish. Top with grated cheese. Cover with Pepperidge Farm bread crumbs. Melt 1 stick butter and pour over top of bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
