CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
4 whole eggs
1 yolk
1 (12 oz.) Nestles semi-sweet bits
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lump butter
1 pt. heavy cream

Heat heavy cream until warm with butter and bits put everything in blender; blend well. Refrigerate. Mix can go into a pie shell, chocolate dessert shells or dessert dishes. A topping of whipped cream looks and tastes great as well.
