BOSTON BAKED BEANS 
1 lb. California pea beans
2 tbsp. molasses
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Salt & pepper
1/4 lb. salt pork, diced
2 cloves garlic

Soak beans overnight, then drain. Add molasses, both sugars, mustard, salt and pepper and garlic to beans. Cover beans with hot water. Place salt pork on top. Bake at 450 degrees for 1/2 hour, then lower to 350 degrees for 3 to 4 hours.
