CHICKEN ON SUNDAY 
1 box Minute Rice (2 c.)
1/2 c. milk
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 frying chicken, cut up

Grease 8 x 13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle rice over bottom of pan. Heat cream soups with milk; pour over rice and stir. Lay pieces of chicken on mixture, skin side up. Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over top. Seal pan with foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours and 15 minutes. Baking time may vary a few minutes.
