CHESS PIE | |
1 pie shell (unbaked) 1 1/4 c. sugar 2 tbsp. flour 1 stick butter 1 tbsp. vanilla 1/4 c. cream Dash salt Dash nutmeg 4 eggs, beaten Cream sugar and butter; add vanilla and nutmeg, then flour and salt. Add eggs, then cream gradually. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake in oven at 325 degrees for 35 minutes, or until custard is set. |
