1 can sm. beets, drained
3 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. orange juice

Mix sugar, cornstarch, salt and butter. Slowly stir in orange juice and cook until thick. Pour beets in pan and heat all together.
