GLAZED BEETS 
1 can beets, drained
1/2 c. vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. orange marmalade (optional)

Microwave vinegar, sugar, and cornstarch until thick. Add beets. Serve hot or cold.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
