MARMALADE BEETS 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. orange marmalade
1 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. orange peel
1 can (16 oz.) beets, sliced and drained

Melt butter over low flame in medium saucepan. Stir in marmalade, vinegar, and orange peel. Add beets; cover and simmer 10 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
