Sprinkle chicken generously inside and out with seasonings. Place in brown paper bag (grocery bag) and staple shut. Place on a jelly roll pan with sides to catch grease. Bake in 425 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. Do Not Wet Bag! It will not burn.
