PERFECTION SALAD 
2 env. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. white vinegar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. chopped cabbage
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1.2 c. chopped green peppers

Mix gelatin, sugar, salt and water in large bowl. Mix until sugar dissolves. Add vinegar and lemon juice; mix, cool. When mixture begins to thicken, add remaining ingredients. Pour into decorative mold. Cover and refrigerate until set.
