PAM'S ICE CREAM 
2 c. milk
2 pkg. Knox unflavored gelatin
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk
1 pt. 1/2 and 1/2
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped

Scald milk. Dissolve gelatin in cold milk according to directions on package. Add beaten eggs and dissolved gelatin to scalded milk. Stir in sugar. Add rest of ingredients. Add a pinch of salt and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Add enough milk to fill line on freezer.

Now start cranking. Results are delicious. Can add fresh fruit that has been run through food processor or chopped fine.
