PINEAPPLE DESSERT CREAM 
1 env. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. water
3/4 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. canned crushed pineapple (no sugar)
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. pineapple extract (opt.)
3 ice cubes

Sprinkle gelatin over water in a small saucepan; heat slowly until gelatin dissolves. Pour dissolved gelatin into blender container; add remaining ingredients except ice cubes; process at medium speed until smooth. Turn blender to high speed; add ice cubes, 1 at a time. Pour pineapple mixture into a medium bowl, chill until set. Makes 1 servings.
