NO-WEEP MERINGUE 
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. cold water

Combine in saucepan and mix well. Add 1/2 cup boiling water. Cook until thick. Cool well.

Beat 3 egg whites until stiff. Add 6 tablespoons sugar and beat until combined. Beat in 1 teaspoon vanilla and cooled cornstarch mixture. Pour over pie and bake until golden brown.
