NO-WEEP PIE MERINGUE | |
1 tbsp. cornstarch 2 tbsp. sugar 1/2 c. water 3 egg whites 6 tbsp. sugar Cook cornstarch, sugar and water until clear. Cool. Beat egg whites until stiff with cooled cornstarch mixture. Add 6 tablespoons sugar gradually. Beat until it forms peaks. Cover pie. Bake 20 minutes in 325 degree oven. |
