MOLDED LIME CREAM CHEESE SALAD 
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. Cool Whip
1 sm. pkg. lime Jello
1 c. sm. marshmallows (microwave until melted)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, very soft
1 1/2 c. hot liquid (include pineapple juice)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Dissolve Jello in hot liquid, add melted marshmallows; chill until syrupy. Whip thickened Jello with beaters. Add Cool Whip and pineapple which has been mixed with the cream cheese. Add vanilla to Jello mixture. Whip with mixer until well mixed. Fold in nuts.

I pour this into a Pyrex loaf pan and cover with Saran Wrap. You may prefer a different type of dish to mold it.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
