POTATO CASSEROLE 
Boil 8 medium potatoes (with jackets on) until almost tender. Grate on
a large grater.

1/2 lb. sharp cheese
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. hot milk

Melt cheese in hot milk and rest of ingredients. Pour over hot potatoes. Sprinkle with pepper and nutmeg and paprika. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
