PINEAPPLE “RIGHT SIDE UP” CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (with juice)
1 cup brown sugar
2 (3 oz. ea.) pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
1 (12 oz.) tub Cool Whip
shredded coconut, for sprinkling

Prepare cake mix as directed. Bake in cookie sheet pan.

In a small pot, boil brown sugar and pineapple together for 1 minute.

Pour pineapple mixture over cake, hot from oven.

Mix puddings as directed on box. Spread over cooled cake.

Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with coconut.
