AUNT CATHERINE'S BEEF BRISKET 
Place beef brisket in Pyrex baking dish sprinkle both sides with the following. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.

1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper (I omit salt)

Add more of the seasonings before baking. Bake in the Pyrex dish covered with foil at 250 degrees for 1 hour per pound. Carefully remove the foil because of steam. Brush with barbeque sauce during last 30 minutes of cooking.
