BARBECUE BEEF BRISKET | |
2 tsp. meat tenderizer 1/2 tsp. celery salt 1/2 tsp. season salt 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/4 c. liquid smoke 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce 1 1/2 c. barbecue sauce Place brisket in foil. Sprinkle tenderizers and seasonings on both sides. Pour liquid smoke, Worcestershire and barbecue sauce on top. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 6-10 hours. Place foil-wrapped in crockpot. Cover and cook on low setting 10-12 hours. |
