BAR B Q BEEF BRISKET 
4 to 5 lb. beef brisket Well trimmed boneless
1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. chopped onion1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1 bay leaf, crumbled
1/4 tsp. pepper

Place meat in ungreased baking dish (13x9x2 inches). Stir remaining ingredients; pour over meat. Cover with foil tightly: Bake in 325 degrees oven 3 hours or until tender. Left overs make great sandwiches.
