BUTTERMILK PIES 
2 unbaked 9 inch pie crusts
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter, melted
2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. lemon extract

Cream sugar and eggs; add flour and mix well. Add melted butter; stir in lemon extract and mix well. Add buttermilk and stir well. Pour into pie shells and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
