CHICKEN FRUIT SALAD | |
4 c. cooked and cubed chicken or turkey 1 (8 oz.) can drained pineapple chunks 1/3 c. raisins 2 tbsp. thin sliced green onions 2/3 c. mayonnaise 1 tbsp. prepared mustard 3/4 tsp. curry powder 1/3 c. toasted almond slivers 1/4 c. thin slice celery 1/8 tsp. salt Combine chicken, pineapple, raisins, celery, and onions in large bowl. Combine mayonnaise, mustard, curry, and salt. Mix with chicken mixture. Chill at least 1 hour in refrigerator. Before serving, add almonds. Serve in bed of lettuce. Garnish with green grapes. |
