BEET JELLY 
Cleaned beets
1 box Sure-Jel
1 box raspberry Jello
1/2 c. lemon juice
4 c. sugar

Cook beets, strain juice. Measure 3 cups juice, lemon juice, Sure-Jel. Mix. Boil 5 minutes. Add 4 cups sugar and 1 box Jello. Boil 5 minutes. Put in containers and seal with paraffin.
