GRANDMA BAILEY'S BEET JELLY 
3 c. raw diced beets

Cook until tender in 7 cups water. Then put in kettle.

1/2 c. Real Lemon
2 boxes Sure Jell

Bring to boil and add:

8 c. sugar
2 (6 oz.) red raspberry Jello

Bring to a full rolling boil for 10 minutes or more. Skim and put into jars and seal. Can use carrots and peach Jello.
