JELLIED BEET SALAD 
2 c. (or 1 can) beets, chopped
1 env. plain gelatin
1/4 c. cool water
1 c. boiling water
2 tbsp. horseradish
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. vinegar
1/3 c. sugar

Put beets in blender. Dissolve gelatin in cool water. Add hot water to gelatin mix. Put in blender. Add horseradish, salt, vinegar and sugar. Blend. Pour in bowl and allow to set in refrigerator.
