CUCUMBER RELISH 
Grind cucumber, onions, sweet peppers (ripe or green) and celery (or celery seed).

Mix with salt to taste and cover with ice cubes and let set overnight. Next morning, drain mixture well.

Use equal parts vinegar and sugar for liquid to make a broth in your relish.

You can use as many cucumbers as you like. Remove seeds from cucumbers. Let come to a good boil then put in hot jars and seal.
