1 lb. hot sausage
3 c. Bisquick
1 lb. sharp cheese, grated

Mix at room temperature. Form into balls (bite-size) and bake at 400 to 425 degrees on ungreased cookie sheet for approximately 12 minutes. Can be frozen.
