SAUSAGE BALLS 
1 lb. sausage
1 c. Bisquick
1 c. grated cheese
Water to moisten
Small green olives; optional

Combine all of the ingredients. Roll into small balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes are until golden brown.

Can freeze balls until ready to use; bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes if frozen.

VARIATION: When you make the dough into balls put a green olive in center and wrap dough around olive and then cook.
