HAM AND CHEESE APPETIZER BALLS 
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. softened butter
24 sm. cubes (1/2") cooked ham (about 4 oz.)
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
4 tsp. Dijon style mustard
1/2 tsp. paprika

Blend together cheese, butter and mustard. Add flour and paprika. Mix just enough to form stiff dough (like pie crust dough). Mold 2 to 3 teaspoons dough around each ham cube, enclosing ham. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes, or until lightly browned. Makes 24 appetizers.
