HOT SAUSAGE BALLS 
1 lb. hot pork sausage, uncooked
2 c. Bisquick mix
1/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese

Mix ingredients by hand. Form into one inch balls and place on baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool. Can be frozen and stored in plastic bag. When ready to serve, reheat for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
