CUCUMBER PICKLES 
1 qt. vinegar
4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. mix pickle spice
2 tbsp. salt
1 gal. cucumber round slices

Mix vinegar, sugar, salt, spices. Bring to a boil, add cucumbers. Cook until just hot through but not over 5 minutes. Put into sterilized jars and seal. They are delicious, so quick and easy. The secret is not to over cook.
