1 lb. cream cheese (2 - 8 oz. pkgs.)
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Sunshine vanilla wafers (are smaller)
Thank You cherry pie filling

Use tea cake pan (small cupcakes). Combine cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice and vanilla. Beat 5 minutes. Put one Sunshine Vanilla Wafer in miniature paper cup. (Petit fours.) Pour 1 tablespoon mixture in each cup. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until cracks appear. (Not brown.) Remove, let cool. Will fall. Top with one or two cherries. Makes 60.
