LEMON CRUST COCONUT SQUARES 
CRUST:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar

TOPPING:

2 eggs
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. coconut
1 c. pecans
1/2 tsp. salt

For crust mix flour and sugar cut in butter with a pastry blender. Pat in 9"x12" greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees and brown.

For topping spread on top and bake 20 minutes and cool. Glaze with mixture of 1 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, 1/4 stick butter and lemon juice to taste. Cut into squares.
