OVEN OMELET 
8 slices bacon
7 slices cheese
8 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk

Cook bacon; drain. Arrange cheese slices in the bottom of a lightly buttered 9 inch pie pan. Beat together eggs and milk. Add chopped bacon. Pour over cheese and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
