MEXICAN FRUIT CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. crushed pineapple and juice

Grease and flour 13x9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees.

ICING:

1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts
4 oz. cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
