CHILI RELLENO CASSEROLE 
1/2 lb. Jack cheese
3/4 lb. longhorn
Sm. can whole chilies
1 lg. can evaporated milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp. flour

Open chili and lay on bottom of pan, grated Jack cheese on top 1 inch thick, another layer of chili, more cheese. Mix can milk, eggs, and flour and pour over top. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
