CHILI RELLENOS CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage
1 sm. onion
1 bottle taco sauce
2 c. Jack cheese, grated
3/4 c. milk
4 eggs
1/4 c. flour
2 cans green chilies

Stir together milk, eggs and flour. Brown sausage and onion. Pour off grease. Add taco sauce and simmer. Layer 1/2 chilies, 1/2 meat mixture, 1/2 cheese, 1/2 eggs mixture, repeat layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
