ST. FELIX PIROHI 
4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. lukewarm water

FILLINGS:

Potato cheese
Sauerkraut
Prune

Put all ingredients into bowl. Work and knead into a dough that doesn't stick to hand. Let dough set for at least 1 hour. Roll dough, cut into rounds. Fill rounds with filling. Pinch rounds into half moons. Lay out on cloth covered cookie sheet. Cook in boiling water about 10 minutes. Drain. Cool. Saute onions in butter. Pour over Pirohi. Makes at least 60 Pirohi's.
