SWEETHEART FUDGE PIE 
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
3 eggs
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
2 tsp. instant coffee
1 tsp. rum
1/4 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts (walnuts)
9 inch unbaked pie shell
1 c. whipping cream
2 tbsp. chopped maraschino cherries

Cream butter with brown sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beating well. Melt chocolate in double boiler or microwave. Add chocolate to creamed mixture with coffee and rum.

Stir in flour and walnuts. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool.

Whip cream until stiff. Fold in cherries and spread onto cooled pie.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
