Mix together: 1/4 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. raisins

Stir dry ingredients into the zucchini mixture and bake at 350 degrees in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Cream cheese frosting is very good on this cake.
