ZUCCHINI CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. shortening
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk
2 1/2 c. flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. shredded zucchini
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Cream first four ingredients together with electric mixer. Add egg, vanilla and sour milk, mixing until well blended. Sift dry ingredients and add. Mix in zucchini last. Spoon into greased and floured 9"x13" pan and sprinkle top of cake with chocolate chips. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
