CHOCOLATE NUT ZUCCHINI CAKE 
3 sqs. unsweetened chocolate
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. salad oil
3 c. grated zucchini
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans

Grease and flour 10 inch tube pan. Melt chocolate over boiling water; let cool. Sift flour with baking powder, soda, and salt. Set aside.

In a large bowl, beat in order: Sugar Salad oil Cooled chocolate Add dry ingredients Grated zucchini Nuts

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes or until surface springs back. Flip pan; cool a bit. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
