CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. buttermilk
1 box vanilla instant pudding
2 1/2 c. flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 bag chocolate chips

Cream first 5 ingredients. Add buttermilk, then add dry ingredients. Stir in zucchini. Pour into floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
