MY MOM'S TOMATO CHOP SUEY | |
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 2 c. chopped onions 2 c. chopped celery 2 lg. cans bean sprouts 3 c. water 1 sm. can tomatoes (chopped) 2 tbsp. soy sauce 2 tbsp. cornstarch 1/2 stick butter In butter cook beef and onions. When cooked add 3 cups water and celery. When celery is done add 2 large cans of bean sprouts (drained). Let it boil a few minutes. Add tomatoes. Mix cornstarch with soy sauce. Stir and add to the chop suey while stirring. |
