BROCCOLI/CHEESE SALAD 
1 lg. head broccoli, about 2 lbs., cut into bite size pieces
2 (1 lb.) pkgs. shredded Cheddar cheese, one white, one orange
1 lb. pkg. bacon, fried, drained and crumbled

DRESSING:

2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. wine vinegar

Toss salad ingredients together. Combine dressing ingredients and pour over salad.
