CHEESE AND BEEF CASSEROLE 
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
2 tsp. dried mustard
2 c. dry bread crumbs
2 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, sliced

Combine eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, mustard and bread crumbs. Allow to stand about 5 minutes. Then add ground beef and onion. Mix well. Place half of mixture in 8 x 8 inch baking dish which has been sprayed with Pam. Arrange slices of cheese on top. Add remaining meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Yield 9 servings.
