GRANDMA'S BRAN MUFFINS 
1 cup All-Bran cereal
1 cup golden (or any) raisins
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup milk
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 beaten egg
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
1 cup flour

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Soak All-Bran cereal and raisins in warm milk and vanilla for 10 minutes.

In another bowl, beat butter until light; add egg and beat for another minute.

Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Stir into All Bran mixture until all ingredients are well blended but do not over-beat. Spoon into greased and/or paper-lined muffin cups.

Bake for 25 minutes.
