CRANBERRY AND APPLE CRUMBLE 
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. chilled butter, cut into small pieces
6 c. sliced, peeled, tart apples
1 c. fresh cranberries
1/3 c. fresh orange juice
2 tbsp. granulated sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine flour, sugars and butter in a food processor; pulse until mixture resembles coarse meal.

Combine apples and cranberries in a large bowl. Combine juice and remaining ingredients; pour over apple mixture. Toss well. Spoon apple mixture into a 2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with flour mixture.

Bake for 40 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.

Yields 8 (2/3 cup) servings.
