JEFF'S FAVORITE FLUFFY FROSTING 
2 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 c. cold water
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients except vanilla in double-boiler. Blend well. Beat for 6 minutes on high speed. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Continue to beat on high speed 3 more minutes. Spread on cooled cake.
