FLUFFY FROSTING 
2 egg whites at room temp.
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. Karo light corn syrup
1 1/4 tsp. vanilla

In small bowl, with mixer on high, beat together first 3 ingredients until soft peaks form. Gradually beat in sugar until smooth and glossy. Gradually beat in corn syrup and vanilla until stiff peaks form. If desired, beat in food color. Makes enough frosting for a 9 inch cake or 1 (13x9x2 inch) cake.
